  The Reserve Independent School District's Board of Education accepts the concept of accountability to the community that it serves and recognizes that a rigid adherence to traditional methods of instruction may not adequately prepare students for success in a rapidly changing society. Therefore, constant study and evaluation of present instructional methods are encouraged as well as the initiation of innovative present/future instructional methods based on trends and issues of improved instructional approaches, in an attempt to keep pace with the rapidly changing demands of technology and diverse populations.
