  The Christian County Public School District is committed to meeting the educational needs of all students. Through a combination of diversified teaching strategies, hands-on instruction and course offerings that prepare students for learning beyond high school, our schools are on course to be one of the top performing school districts in Kentucky. Christian County Public Schools proudly educates 8,500 students and employs 1,400 educators and support staff. As a combined city and county school system, CCPS features schools in both city and county settings with both large and small student populations. The district's 10 elementary schools have made steady academic gains recently, while the three middle and two high schools are on the cusp of improvement.
